Puppies
Pricing is per puppy depending on coat color, eye color, confirmation, and sex.
We require a $200.00 deposit to reserve a puppy, or a spot on our waiting list for a future puppy.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
AKC Pembroke Welsh Corgi Puppies are $1,800-$3,500 they will be registered with the American Kennel Club.
Cowboy Corgi puppies are $800-$1,500 these puppies are a mix and are not registered.
AKC breeding rights may be purchased for a purebred Pembroke puppy only if agreed upon by seller. If you are interested in purchasing breeding rights you must discuss this with me before placing a deposit.
*We reserve the right to refuse sale of any of our dogs/puppies to any questionable party for any reason, for the safety and well being of the animal. Our goal is to find and provide safe and loving forever homes to our puppies.
🟠DEPOSITS .....Please make sure you are ready to commit to one of our puppies BEFORE you send your deposit. After entering into a verbal and financial commitment with me, deposit's are NOT refundable if you simply change your mind or find another puppy from another breeder.
🟠I will not hold a puppy without a deposit. All deposits are non-refunable. A deposit may be shifted to next litter if for some reason we don't have the perfect puppy for your family, or you are not in a position to take a puppy at that time. Deposits we receive will stay "ON FILE" here for 5 years and will not expire before that time.
🟠Puppy tail docking is done within 5 days of the litters birth. If you would like to keep your puppy’s tail you MUST discuss it with the breeder and NOTIFY US before the puppy is born, and your puppy must be paid for in full. NO REFUND will be given if you do not follow through with the purchase of this puppy.
🟠Shipping fee is not included in price of puppy. Cost can range from $400.00 to $1,000.00 depending on final destination and shipping company used. We do offer Ground shipping with a personal trusted member of our family.
🟠Before purchasing any puppy please be sure that you evaluate your life situation. A puppy is a long term commitment and a part of your family. If for some reason you are unable to keep the pet you've purchased from us we will do our best to help find them a new home, and in some cases we will take the dog back.
🔴We will not however refund the purchased price. We will not refund the purchased price if you decide "the dogs personality doesn't suit you".
If possible at the time we will take the animal back and find it a more suitable home. 🔴
We retain the right to have first pick's of any litters.

Carter’s Corgi’s Guarantee & Puppy Sales Contract
Carter’s Corgi’s, owners of the said puppy/dog (described below) hereafter referred to as “Seller” do enter into an agreement with,
hereafter referred to as “Buyer”, for the purpose of transferring ownership of the said puppy.
The said puppy is a purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi, sired by
and out of . The puppy/dog is a .
The said puppy/dog’s date of birth is , and registers with AKC. Registration papers will be transferred at the time of sale after full payment has been made. The seller will transfer ownership of the said puppy for $ , with limited registration, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
A deposit of $ was paid to hold this puppy/dog and the balance
of $ is due at time of pick-up or before.
Guarantees:
Carter’s Corgi’s guarantees the puppy/dog to be free of major diseases such as: Parvo, Distemper, Corona, and Rabies for a period of 24 hours from the date of sale as stated on the Pet’s Records. We also recommend that you take your new puppy to your own personal vet within the first 72 hours of pick-up.
Carter’s Corgi’s also guarantees this puppy/dog to be free of genetic defects that can be tested for in the Pembroke Welsh Corgi genetic panel until the puppy/dog is 2 years old. If the puppy/dog is found to have a genetic defect it will be replaced with another puppy of the same sex from the first compatible litter. No money will be refunded unless agreed upon by both parties. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement puppy. We are NOT responsible for any Vet/Medical bills incurred by the buyer.
If your puppy displays any indication of poor health within the first 24 hours, we must be contacted and the puppy/dog must be brought back or taken to our veterinarian for any necessary testing and treatment. Puppies that go out of state must go to a licensed veterinarian, and signed documentation must be forwarded to us immediately. Failure to do so will cause this guarantee to become null and void.
Shipping of Puppy: Puppies are shipped at 8 weeks of age and will be guaranteed for up to 72 hours from shipping date. The puppy/dog will be up to date on their shots/several worming’s/vet health certificate. Along with the price of the puppy/dog the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees. Also, in the event of a replacement puppy buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.
Carter’sCorgi’sshall not be responsible for death or injury of said puppy/dog due to negligence or carelessness of the buyer. Breeder makes no guarantees regarding the loss of the puppy due to an accidental death, theft, sickness due to lack of vaccinations, etc., or any other loss beyond the breeders control except as stated above. Breeder will NOT refund money in whole or part for any reason other than stated in the guarantee.
Also, this guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy/dog is given any vaccinations or medications other than what is specified on the medical records received with the puppy/dog.
***Carter’s Corgi’s does not guarantee eye color, ear set, conformation, disposition and/or breeding ability. ***
The health guarantee does NOT cover any parasite, internal or external, as this is a treatable condition.

If at any time for any reason the buyer can not keep said puppy/dog the Buyer agrees to contact the Seller and offer the said puppy/dog back to the Seller. All deposits are NON-Refundable...all family members must be in agreement in regards to getting a pet. We do NOT refund deposits or purchase price due to family members with allergies, or your lease and/or HOA not allowing pets or for any other reason. These are all things that should be considered prior to placing a deposit or purchasing one of our puppies/dogs.
I acknowledge that this is a legal and binding contract and have reviewed and agree to the terms listed above. The buyer will also maintain up to date vaccines, worming’s, and keep the puppy/dog in humane conditions and provide proper food, water, and shelter. Failure to follow the above contract completely will result in “A Breach of Contract” and shall make this contract null and void. This contract applies only to the original buyer and is NOT transferable. When a deposit is received by Carter’s Corgi’s the buyer automatically agrees to the terms of this contract, even if both the breeder and the buyer have not yet signed the contract.
